It constantly freezes & goes blank and shuts down. Piss poor app just like the service Fullers displays. ### 1/5 — Please test before release *2022-09-15, version 1.8.5* Looks pretty. There have been two significant apple IOS upgrades in this time. The app has features which do not work. Cant top up the tickets, cant view the trip activity and some tickets only half visible. Pop ups randomly appear sending you back to the Home Screen. Downloaded flexi pass on it,and just when I was boarding the ferry ,the app froze. So I had to go into the ticket office to get a physical card and lost my spot at the ferry queue. Also defies the purpose of having an app to avoid plastic use! It is so slow, buggy, and crashes regularly - just when you need your pass to catch the ferry. At best it takes 30 secs to open - on a good day. It’s not often you give up on an App and go back to getting a printed pass, but well done on making that happen! Sole purpose seems to be to provide notifications of (frequent) delays, without allowing the user to learn more. When you go to read the notification it links you to the app, which has no mention of up to date alerts, only yesterday’s alerts are able to be viewed!!!!!! Would also be ideal if when doing a data migration they didn’t put a form up asking for more details from you which is impossible to submit and prevents you from using your ticket. Trying to use the website instead but the current confirm details form is broken on the website and sends you in a never ending verify email loop. The ticket was delivered to my email within a minute, with a scannable portion that I can use to get onto the ferry.
