This app works as well as American private insurance, it seems if you have the right plan at the right place it’s great but if not it’s as useful as a kettle made of ice cubes. The customer support in app is just a blank feedback form, no way to clarify any kind of issue or what kind of way to best be reached back. Very frustrating to my particular situation. **Developer response:** We have worked with Kaiser Permanente to resolve the issue. You should now be able to import data from Kaiser Permanente using the myFHR phone app. ### 1/5 — Totally not working *2020-02-20* Coming from Athem Bluecross blueshield insurance app, sydney. It won't even allow me to sign in with my Athem account, so why do you provide that option in the app? Okay, i signed up a separate account and want to connect my Athem account to it, and guess what? The Anthem isn't in the provider list! So why the hell do you claim it works with Anthem and provide log in option in your app which is not even works in the back end? I can’t get past the verification of my email - it won’t send me an email. I was going to try and use a different email but it won’t allow me to change it. Come on folks you can do better! I was directed to link to this thru Sydney app thru Anthem. I have Canceled this yhr account. **Developer response:** ### 1/5 — No help, no support *2017-05-15* None of my doctor's portal systems are supported by this. Even though I entered my birthday correctly, it set it a day off; yet there is no way to change it. There is no way to cancel or delete an account and even no way to ask for help. Weird. I close it out to see if that helps and says make sure your connected to your Wi-Fi, which the other hone is connected too. I absolute love how detailed the information this app gives me. Thank you. Thank you very much! **Developer response:** ### 5/5 — Finally, access to all health records *2020-02-28* This is the app I’ve been looking for. It gives me all of my medical records. My yearly blood test results are all there, all of my doctors visits (going way back), prescribed medications, and even shows me my daily data from my Apple Watch. I’m an long term Anthem BCBS member and had no problem logging in on account creation with myFHR so that issue must have been fixed. Also, info can be shared to anyone you choose by entering their email address. You can also request for them to share their data with you as well, great for families. **Developer response:** ### 3/5 — Can’t add my family *2020-02-03* I was able to log in and get MY records but my wife’s and 2 kids aren’t showing up.
