If your score changes but your credit history doesn’t, then you may have a problem. The company refuses to explain how your score was determined. Why bother with tracking your scores if you are not able to utilize the information. ### 1/5 — Can’t find but one plan *2026-08-25, version 4.0.23* I’m not able to find any other plan other than the premier which is $39.99 a month. Spent 30 mins on the phone with customer “support” and they just told me it was a payment “hold” and that they’ve never seen this before. I wasn’t given access to my credit info they just told me to wait it out. No accountability. I used to use this service years ago and regret recommending it to so many people.
