Awful experience. The worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely slow, unhelpful, and frustrating. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend MyFin.

I used MyFin for about 1.5 years without any major issues. Then, without warning, they requested proof of EU residency, which I do not have. Shortly afterward, my account was suspended, my card was blocked, and the remaining balance on my account disappeared.

For more than a month, I repeatedly contacted customer support seeking an explanation and a way to recover my funds. In return, I received mostly automated replies or no response at all. No meaningful assistance was provided, and no clear explanation was ever given regarding what happened to my money.

From my perspective, this is completely unacceptable. A financial service should never leave customers unable to access their own funds while simultaneously ignoring their support requests.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MyFin to anyone. Be extremely careful before trusting this company with your money.

P.S. After waiting a month, I was finally allowed to withdraw my money. The problem has been resolved.

A empresa deveria aumentar a eficácia do tempo de login pois é muito demorado e chega a ser aborrecido, antes eram apenas 30min mas hoje em dia pode fazer dias. Outra questão é a compatibilidade com certas plataformas.

Unfortunately, increasing the card deposit fee to 2% is a very disappointing decision. This percentage is too high, especially for users who make frequent or large deposits, as the fees quickly become a serious financial burden and directly affect customers’ funds.

We chose Myfin because it was simple and reasonably priced, but with this increase, depositing by card is no longer economically practical. If this policy continues, we will be forced to look for alternative platforms that offer fair and competitive fees.

We hope the Myfin team reconsiders this decision in order to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
