Of the three Toyota owners I know separate to myself, we are all that annoyed Toyota continue to ignore us and so we are all planning on leaving them for another car dealer simply because of a cheap attempt to save money instead of employing humans to man the phones properly. This is a lesson in how to lose a life customer base quickly. I can’t log in as the system refuses to send me a password reset email. I can’t get through by phone and the next insult will be the car gets repossessed because of Toyotas complete mess. Does bot allow you to pay by urself. Does not give you updated balance, if you call them you are always in que for more than 39 min. They need some really good upgrade. How is it possible when I saved the password to the phone on registration, and then it worked fine the other day? When I go to reset the password it is unresponsive also. Some software issues here I think. Billion plus dollar company with a “B” grade app????
