Can never remember my Face ID or my passcode settings. Every single time even after resetting my password within a few days I’m locked out of my account yet again. On top of that the password requirements set my JDF are moronic at best. 2 special characters. Give me a break. Who the heck requires that? Can’t reset my password anymore because can’t reuse similar passwords god forbid on of your old passwords has a $ in it. Can’t use that ever again now. I’m all for security but this is brutal overkill. I’m over 100 passwords in. I’m locked out of my account yet again. No help. Not one care. Only thing I can think is that someone must have a similar username as me and exceeds the amount of tries under my username by mistake and locks my account I’m the one left to suffer over and over. I can’t check my balance. Can’t pay my bill. Can’t view statements.
