Deserves zero stars.  It’s been months, never works on iPhone or Mac.  Junk software.  Experience doesn’t care.

Four times I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the. Restart my phone.  This no longer works on my laptop or iPad.  Now it will not work on the iPhone.  It does not connect now.  Pure rubbish!

Glad I don’t have to pay for it.  The VPN works ok, if you can get it work.  Crashes between 5-10 times EVERYTIME you open it.  Then it will work.  When you restart your session, rinse and repeat on the crashes.  Do better.

The VPN is pretty much junk. Ive had to reactivate it countless times. It rarely wants to work. Its pretty much a useless time consumer leading to more frustration than what it’s worth. Don’t get this one if you need reliability, it’s just not there.

I used to be able to change the location to Philippines. I had trouble logging in because it keeps logging me in US even if I chose Philippines as location. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now Philippines is not even an option for location.

Default Protocol of IPSec (IKEv2) not working since iOS 26 iPhone 13 Pro. Changing protocol to IPSec seems to be a working (hopefully temporary) fix.
