The watch started falling apart in 6 months. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had a difficult time setting it up and I spent a record amount of time chatting with online support - 4.5 hours! - to get it going. I’m in Singapore. This is a Singapore company. Can we please speak on the phone? This wasn’t possible i was told. Like another reviewer said, just two months later the charger stopped working rendering watch unusable. Again I reach out. Days pass. They ask for a photo, which i sent. More days pass. Frustration grows. Verdict: The product looks great. The idea is wonderful. It simply isn’t made well. And the customer support is pitiful. I wish I had just gone with Apple because at least if something goes wrong, someone is there to help. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-01-19, version 1.2.3* I had such high hopes for this. I have put my phone sim in, which I know works well, and I have brilliant work at home. It doesn’t track location (it did once telling me the phone was in the ocean near Africa - were in the UK!) and whilst it shows that calls are being attempted it doesn’t actually connect. Terrible watch, If I’d have brought anywhere other than Dubai airport I’d take it back.
