Chiesto aiuto alla ditta in oggetto, ho avuto solo risposta di questo tipo “verrà contattato da noi nelle prossime 72 ore😂😂 Ho mandato più solletici ma tutti sembra andato a vuoto. Preciso che ne ho acquistati 2 . E praticamente anche l’altro a problemi per la memorizzazione della rubrica.. Qualcuno di voi sa per caso come resettare il tutto è riportarlo alle impostazioni di default,cioè di fabbrica?? Out of box the camera app will not work. It is giving error k8ccmera app failed. The app on iPhone has lot of bugs. The watch started falling apart in 6 months. Poor build quality. ### 1/5 — Wanted to love it, can’t stand it *2023-03-09* My child is asking for an Apple Watch (or phone) and I thought this would be a better first step. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had a difficult time setting it up and I spent a record amount of time chatting with online support - 4.5 hours! - to get it going. I’m in Singapore. This is a Singapore company. Can we please speak on the phone? This wasn’t possible i was told. Like another reviewer said, just two months later the charger stopped working rendering watch unusable. Again I reach out. Days pass. They ask for a photo, which i sent. More days pass. Frustration grows. Verdict: The product looks great. The idea is wonderful. It simply isn’t made well. And the customer support is pitiful. I wish I had just gone with Apple because at least if something goes wrong, someone is there to help. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-01-19, version 1.2.3* I had such high hopes for this. I have put my phone sim in, which I know works well, and I have brilliant work at home. It doesn’t track location (it did once telling me the phone was in the ocean near Africa - were in the UK!) and whilst it shows that calls are being attempted it doesn’t actually connect. Terrible watch, If I’d have brought anywhere other than Dubai airport I’d take it back. I get a message from my child every day, and l've been able to preset her texts. I know what she can and cannot say to others. The setup on this watch was a bit cumbersome or I would have given 5 stars. Le GPS fonctionne bien. Attention à la traduction : pour se connecter, il ne faut pas renseigner le « numéro » comme c’est écrit, mais le mail utilisé lors de l’inscription ! J’enlève une étoile car je trouve vraiment dommage que l’enfant ne puisse pas envoyer de message écrit. It should be possible to increase the frequency refresh every 5 seconds (or less).
