When you first launch the app and sign in, you are sitting at their splash screen with no indication of what you are supposed to do. If you select the menu icon and choose tutorial, you are shown instructions on what to do. However once you are on this screen there’s no way to go back to the home screen. You have to force quit and relaunch the app. It doesn’t show you all the documentation attached to your account that the website does. This app is total garbage. Don’t bother downloading it. Works well quite often. I’m really seeing the benefits. As I get better at using the app I’m realizing this is a powerful tool. . I will now be sending my transactions to FATCO. KRISTINE VANGSTAD IS THE BEST! My screen on my new pc needs adjusting, so I can’t see my typos. So many great features! ### 5/5 — Essential app for real estate professionals *2017-03-22, version 2.2.2* This map-centric app fills many essential functions. First, It connects you to property data of all sorts including ownership information. It is so useful in the field to be able to research property while you are looking at it. Second, the main interface already has property lines overlaid on aerial maps and a locator function that can show you and your clients where you are relative to the property lines on big parcels. I am not aware of any other property line apps. Period. Those features alone are each worthy of praise and would be valuable as stand-alone apps That doesn't speak to either the excellent "farming" tools that let you build a neighborhood list or the ability to track open orders and other title functions.
