Same password works on website so I assume it should work for the app. Maybe not? Even as of version 26.3.1, I still get invalid username or password. The same username and 40 character password work fine on gethotwired.com. If there’s certain characters that aren’t allowed in the app, the app doesn’t seem to indicate what is needed. Previous review: Just got notified of the new version of the app. First problem happened at login. For security, I use a password manager and keep very long passwords. The app won’t let me sign due to, “Password must not exceed 20 characters” so I changed my password on the website to 20 characters and it works fine on the website, but the app now says invalid username or password. I’ll assume it doesn’t like one of the special characters. Odd that in the year 2026 that this is still a restriction. The longer the password, the longer/harder it is for an account to be breached.
