You can’t do anything thru the app. It all needs to be done via the webpage. Takes forever for them to review claims and deny or accept. Customer service is terrible. The app takes forever to load and if you have to answer a call or look at another app, it will log you out. If I have to use my HSA or FSA with them, I won’t bother opening it.
