You can’t do anything thru the app. It all needs to be done via the webpage. Takes forever for them to review claims and deny or accept. Customer service is terrible. The app takes forever to load and if you have to answer a call or look at another app, it will log you out. If I have to use my HSA or FSA with them, I won’t bother opening it. Had a receipt and letter of medical necessity for a Garmin watch and these guys took over a month and a half, continuously saying in the app id be refunded on whatever date, then that date comes and it gets pushed back another week. Called three times and the workers can only file claims or open tickets for you, you can’t actually speak with anyone to process a claim or discuss problems to be reimbursed.
