### 4/5 — Please add notifications

*2026-08-04, version 4.2.2*

This app has been really helpful, but I’d love it if it had push notifications to let me know when I can expect the next phase.

### 4/5 — wont open

*2026-07-15, version 4.2.2*

hi! I love this app and all the helpful suggestions it gives. I have been using it for almost a year now and it’s great! only, for some reason over the past few days the app is not opening for me and I can’t get on it. :( please fix?

### 3/5 — The app is good

*2026-05-01*

The information is helpful and the app is great until it crashes or you change a phone - then you just lose all your personal information. So it’s good to have it somewhere else as well…

### 4/5 — Help

*2026-04-20, version 4.2.2*

Loved this app until I had a baby. I came back to it and now the dang algorithm can’t figure out my period. I’ve cycled 4 times and it still says I’m having 3 month cycles because it’s averaging my last years of no period. Let’s get it together.

Now it seems they have a pause button, but I can’t go back 2 years and pause. Anyway, i paid for another app (Lively) just so i could know when my period will come. I hate that I had to do that bc I love Alisa’s work.

### 2/5 — Can't edit stuff, hard to use

*2025-08-29, version 4.2.0*

^

### 2/5 — Missing the simplicity

*2025-08-13, version 4.2.0*

I no longer like this app. It’s complicated and frustrating. I miss the simplicity before it updated. Looking elsewhere.

### 4/5 — Irregular cycle !!!

*2025-08-05*

This app is very good to track your phase but I would say it doesn’t take in count people with irregular cycle, so in terms of really predicting and finding a pattern it’s not good.

### 3/5 — Disappointed in AI Use

*2025-05-29, version 4.2.0*

I love this app, I love this book, i love all that Alisa Vitti puts out there for us women! But the AI use in the premium version was extremely disappointing. Not only was it obvious and bad, but I would prefer to support an app that isn’t perpetuating the replacement of the workforce with AI. I discontinued my premium membership for this reason.

### 3/5 — Expensive.

*2025-03-25, version 4.2.0*

$28 a month or $56 for three months seems extreme.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2025-03-02, version 4.1.7*

After update. I can’t login. I have tried to reset password, emails for confirmation number are nonexistent.

### 2/5 — lost all my info MULTIPLE times

*2025-02-24, version 4.1.7*

i used to love this app, but sadly had to delete. i had been using this app for years to track my patterns to try to figure out some irregularities i’ve been having. unfortunately with the updates i was told that my information was permanently lost. apparently they sent an email telling people to switch over to the new app, however i don’t read my emails. why wouldn’t they just let people know in the app?

anyways this wasn’t the first time my information was lost, but it feels like the last straw to me. i can’t trust this app anymore and i no longer have a way reference to the progression of my symptoms over time

i have made them aware of this issue, so hopefully they’ve taken measures to prevent this from happening again and if you’re only using this app for monthly tracking, and it’s not important if you may loose your information once in a blue moon, this app is probably great for you. if it wasn’t for this situation, i would have otherwise given the app 5 stars.

### 1/5 — If it consistently worked it would be amazing!

*2025-02-21, version 4.1.7*

After being randomly logged out several times over the last few years I am finally admitting defeat and letting the app take all my years of data into the mysteries of cyber space. So disappointed to lose access to years of tacking not only my cycles, but having a tracking of symptoms too.

### 1/5 — Good but be careful!

*2025-02-19, version 4.1.7*

They say they won’t sell your data but check the privacy policy, they have every right to not only sell it but EXPLOIT it. Be careful what you give them, it’s theirs forever to exploit as they see fit

### 1/5 — Always an issue

*2025-02-17, version 4.1.7*

Riddled with bugs, it seems. Constantly logs me out. And even after years of use, it’s prediction of my cycle is off.

### 1/5 — Too many bugs

*2025-02-15, version 4.1.7*

I have had this app a few years however, there have been so many times that I have been logged off, and had to re enter my information and data multiple times over these years. Too many frequent bugs.

### 2/5 — I cannot access the app from time to time

*2025-02-15, version 4.1.7*

Since the most recent update four days ago I cannot access the app or my info. It acts like I do not have an account and will only give me the option to sign up for a new account. It doesn’t even allow me to attempt to sign in with my info(it will grey out the option to sign in like normal. It only gives the option to sign up for the first time. When it’s working I do not sign in at all but just open the app) This exact thing happens every now and then for hours or days at a time. It’s not very reliable so I would not fully rely on keeping this info here for your record keeping and be sure to have an old school journal as back up.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2025-02-14, version 4.1.7*

I’ve had the app nearly 4 years now, for the most part it’s great, but every so often it randomly asks me to update my password m, which is so inconvenient, when all I want to do is check my data. There is no message asking to update it, it’s just forced. Then every single time it’s such a hassle to just get in again! It does my head in more than any other app! I’m just going to try to find another cycle tracking app. Sorry Flo living, but it’s just a nightmare having to fix this problem roughly every six months! It usually takes well over an hour each time!

### 1/5 — What happened to this app??

*2025-02-11, version 4.1.7*

This app used to be great and now it is terrible. I wish I could give it zero stars.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrific data management

*2026-08-02, version 4.2.2*

I’ve used myFlo for years to track my cycle, and after the latest update, all of my data is gone. Years of tracking — gone with no warning. I’ve contacted support and gotten no response.

This app stores data locally instead of syncing to an account, so when something breaks, users just lose everything. If you’re relying on this app for real health tracking, know that your data isn’t actually safe. I feel robbed of years of information I can’t get back, and I wouldn’t recommend this app until they fix how data is stored.

### 1/5 — Useless App

*2026-02-27, version 4.2.2*

There’s nothing in this app that AI models can’t do today. You can’t change your logs nor can know your ovulation accurately. Food options are absurd with ai pictures. it’s a total waste of money. Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money

### 1/5 — Doesn’t live up to the method

*2026-01-31, version 4.2.2*

I loved reading both Woman Code & In The Flo & the principles behind this app have changed my life & healed me. However the app does not do the program justice. I honestly prefer the old website version where at least we would get new recipes monthly. The recipe section is underwhelming & feels like it has not been updated since the very beginning. Also, the photos are clearly AI generated & the recipes frequently mismatch the ingredients to the directions. I am begging for an update to this app that feels worth the 30 dollars per month.

### 1/5 — They sold out.

*2025-10-17, version 4.2.0*

I used the app for 3 years and it helped me so much to track my cycle and know where my hormones were at. It was wonderfully informative and simple now they want you to subscribe to programs and buy supplements. Like many others here I was logged out with the update and have lost years of data. Just another sad reminder your data on apps is never your own. I would have expected better from Alisa who should know how valuable this information is to women. At least an email letting account holders know their data was about to be wiped! ‘Trusted by 500,000 women.’ lol we literally did trust you. Not anymore.

### 1/5 — Awful update from the company

*2025-08-27, version 4.2.0*

Ive used to use MyFlo original app which maybe was looking like it was from 2010 but it was simple to use, not - after the update to current version, I have big problem to understand what this app is about beside pushing their products and setting the calendar - the basic function for the user - is nightmare. Unfortunately time to cancel this.

### 1/5 — Avoid

*2025-08-08, version 4.2.0*

Genuinely gives me a headache

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2025-07-30, version 4.2.0*

I have been using this app for ages and loved the feature that shows what expect day by day for your cycle. The added description of hormone levels was fab. Now that feature is no longer on the app it’s just an expensive period tracker for me. I won’t be renewing

### 1/5 — No changing of cycle

*2025-06-09, version 4.2.0*

You cannot add in different menstrual times manually. This causes the tracking to be terrible for people who do not have a regular period. I don’t have a time between periods that’s set. It’s between 35 and 56 days with my menstrual staying for 7-12 days. There is not ability for change on this app

### 1/5 — Had to delete

*2025-04-07, version 4.2.0*

My Flo is one of those apps I kept on my phone even if I used it really minimally. I recently tried the new update and it has become confusing to navigate and not super helpful anymore. Bummed by the direction they decided to take the app.

Removing a star because after I left this review I got a notice that the app had revoked my sign-in privileges. Which is fine as I have already deleted it.

### 1/5 — Love/hate

*2025-03-12, version 4.1.7*

I have used the non payed version of this app for years I like the layout over others but every time they update or every once in a while it delete all my logs and I half to start all over 😞

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Review & Improvements

*2025-06-29, version 4.2.0*

I love the apps design. It’s really helpful about what to do for each phase and goes into a nice amount of detail to help you manage things in each phase. I love using this app over others!!

One thing I would like to see is sharing it with my partner somehow

### 5/5 — Devastated

*2025-04-05, version 4.2.0*

I read Alisa Vitti’s books and was so ecstatic to find out there’s an app that helps provide women with day to day information to stay “in the Flo”…. However I am devastated that it costs $280/year. This is an expense I simply cannot afford even though this is very important to me. I will continue using the Lively app which is $30/year even though the information is no where near in depth, at least it helps me track my cycle and gives suggestions for whole foods and exercises/ tasks to fit each phase. I understand needing to monetize and make a living but after reading her books I feel like I know her personally and I don’t understand why she would gatekeep such valuable information from women everywhere, even those who cannot afford the knowledge.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-12-16, version 4.1.5*

I’ve been using this app for years and the new design and update is great. Most of the subpar reviews are from before the recent redesign. I love being able to track my period, know exactly what phase I’m in, and the recommendations for work, food, energy, etc are life changing. It functions really well too.

### 5/5 — Love this!!

*2024-07-06, version 4.1.5*

I love how it gives you phase specific meals that are simple! I’m tired of recipes having so many ingredients that are never in my house and cost so much to get them, but the recipes in here are simple and easy and affordable to cook.

I also love how it has phase specific workouts too! This was what made me so excited and had to leave a review. To have a period tracker with recipes and workouts, it made the price worth it. I love this app

### 5/5 — Like a fine wine this app gets better with age

*2024-04-09, version 4.1.3*

So silly me I was logged out of the app and forgot I got the annual subscription
Fast forward 6 months since I last logged in and I can surely see the difference
The developers have done so much to add your cycle sync matched with food and exercise and even business planning
Finding it helpful to use as a reference point when planning my week ahead
Thanks from Australia! This app is much appreciated even down to making it normal to be kind to yourself if this months cycle needs a leave day from work.

### 5/5 — very cool app

*2023-09-08, version 3.3.0*

this app is very easy structured and has a really cool design. You can track your symptoms and mood

### 5/5 — suggestion

*2023-08-08, version 3.2.1*

the app is great, but it would be even better if at the beginning of each cycle we would receive a summary of a previous one- about symptoms, moods: something of an interpretation of our health. it could help us understand our cycles even better

### 5/5 — The best period app

*2023-07-05, version 3.2.0*

I’m truly amazed, thank you so much for creating this. It’s so comfortable and educating

### 5/5 — Needs help

*2023-07-03*

The recent updates to this app have had their ups and downs. I really like the new 2.0 format- but hate that all past data was lost!! It’s so unacceptable to me that they wouldn’t disclose that to users prior to the update- or better yet, find a way to make sure it was included and not lost! I also really miss the extra notes section where I could add my own observations, and I didn’t like how charting specific data for your period (heaviness, etc) was gone. This needs fixed.
My big problem at the moment is in downloading v3.0– the app is displaying the WRONG DATE on the calendar! It’s a day behind my local date (EST) and will not let me log my data!! This NEEDS FIXED ASAP! I love this app and don’t want to have to abandon it from someone’s stupid mistake!

### 5/5 — Signing up and website issues

*2023-03-14, version 2.0*

I want to give this app 5 star’s genuinely because of the great reviews but … I’ve paid for this app and I’m not able to sign up via mobile or PC. Are there any issues/bug fixes happening?
