I provide them the email from the MyFlorida applications and they say that transaction is not recognizing and I have to pay again for renew my plate. I called them back. They give me a numbers and they asked me to go back to the DMV. I went over there and he says whatever you’re done online. You have to fix it online. We can refund you in a place list. The transaction has been made in this place.
