Friends, it’s  a rare incidence in health care that I witnessed on 30th May 2026 in Fortis Hospital Greater Noida. Had appointment for my father at 4 pm  with Dr Anil Kumar Rai ENT specialist. He generally see patients till 4.20pm. My father aged 90 yrs reached at 4.40 pm and Dr Rao waited on our request till he reached. On consultation , we had so pleasing voice of a Doctor with all humble expressions making my father so comfortable . The ear observation and treatment and prescription took some 20 minutes.  I wish the medical experts imbibe such behaviour that actually also helps patients recover faster along with medicine. We are so happy to share about a perfect human being and an asset within health system of Fortis hospital  G Noida

### 1/5 — Bad! Horrible! Most Gross incompetence!

Gross negligence, by the first point of contact a customer has with fortis, which makes the entire Fortis chain look like a garbage trash! I called for neck pain, and the nagarbhavi blr branch and she had no idea with doctor to connect and she is saying give me 24 hours time call back to get your information and the centralised number js obsolete too. I’ve read similar experience on forums and that you also overcharge NRIs, I think all the google reviews are paid. Shame on you! Disgusting behaviour honestly! Everyone report this cheating app!

I dont want to comment about hospital or medical facility but the sheer pathetic services on app and website of fortis. It didnt simply send otp to my phone for several times to register. And when i was able to register, i wasnt able to add any member via Fortis App. Reason being - it doesnt show dropdown in state and city and you cant go past that. It was really an excruciating experience. Big thumbs down! Had to choose Max Hospital. Registration and login done in a jiffy.

When I tried to logon using pin its taking too much time to reflect what i entered in the text box. And when it tried to fill the patient info which i added newly that is showing incorrect information.
There is no input boxes which taking passport number but in the popup box it is showing data is too long for column PSSPORT_No at row 1 that is also showcasing how skilled developers you have 😕.
As a developer I hate this.

Our mother is a patient of Dr. Amit Shankar Singh for last couple of years. We regularly get her checked by Dr. Amit Shankar Singh in OPD. Despite getting online appointment and making the payment online, timelines are never followed. Mostly doctor is not available in his room on the appointed time. Doctor’s assistant also is unable to provide the correct information. Kindly look into the matter. Im writing this review as we r waiting outside doctor’s room for last 2 hrs.

I noticed that staff often leave patient room they keep doors open when they leave, which can affect privacy and comfort. Also, when the doors are open, noise from the hallway becomes more noticeable and can disrupt rest, especially during quiet times. Closing the doors after leaving would help improve privacy and reduce noise, creating a calmer environment for patients. Thay are very loud all the time.

Having a very bad experience with nursing staff as my mother admitted in hospital and on9th evening housekeeping and head nurse have misbehaved treated Also at the time of discharge nobody ready to submit the claim to insurance company after so many follow up Dr has confirmed about discharge at 8:30AM nursing staff have give the details for submit claim at 1:40PM I feel however Doctors team are helping and politely given treatment nursing team also need to check for these things Very much harassment by this type of behaviour
