Click on it to be updated, but it just says open, which means it already was updated but it’s not working. ### 1/5 — Balance update with each transaction *2026-06-02, version 3.34.1* This is the only bank app I have that doesn’t show you a balance with each transaction. My USAA, Community Choice, and GreenState all show the balance after each transaction. Not happy with the app at all and will most likely keep the other account I was going to close due to the app. I can’t handle something so simple not being on there ### 1/5 — Inoperable on iPad *2026-04-25, version 3.33.0* This app used to function properly on my iPad. For several months it has not functioned at all even with app updates. I cannot access my account which is very inconvenient. A window pops up “Service unavailable at this time’ when I attempt to log in in any of the formats. Calling the credit union did not help. In the past few months, there have been numerous error codes and inaccessibility to needed account content. It also takes a long time to load the information and the credit history tab, which previously contained a wealth of useful information, functions not at all or only partially. I’ve ensured the app is updated, so I know that is not the problem. I hope this app improves and is as useful or more so as the previous Wanigas app was.
