I even had to explain to the nurses what the doctor had said, which left me feeling unsupported and unheard. Although I did not go home without the correct medication, the lack of clear communication and the hurried approach made the experience stressful and left me without the reassurance I needed. ### 3/5 — Not very happy with it *2026-03-16, version 11.6.4* Clinicians don’t have time or look at the request you put on the up, so that is a waste of time. The after visit reports are virtually useless. It saves ringing up the ward, and trying to chat to the already very busy staff. It was a pain to log in with user name & password. They don’t seem to know about each other and it seems random which I will get messaged through. Try to ask for test review follow up through this? No, can’t do that (despite there being a button for it). Really just more confusing than helpful. ### 1/5 — Extremely convoluted *2026-02-26, version 11.6.4* This app is extremely convoluted, and difficult to understand and navigate. I am a qualified (specialising in computer-user interface design) and experienced IT professional - and this is one of the most overly complex and convoluted apps I've encountered. Put simply - it's just too much. One never fully understand where they are, where they are supposed to be, what they are supposed to be doing. If I find this app so convoluted then how an elderly person with less tech experience copes is beyond me. It must be impossible for them. It has clearly been designed from the designer's and Frimley's perspective, not the end user - the patient.
