The spoken numbers are quieter than the explanation for them as well. If you are used to BT’s 1571 service what FritzBox provides is shockingly bad. We still can’t work out how to play back a stored voicemail again on the phone itself, using the phone. In der MyFRITZ! App ist es möglich auf das NAS Laufwerk aufzurufen, die Inhalte werden auch angezeigt. Leider kann man nur Bilder speichern. Ein speichern von anderen Daten ist leider nicht möglich. Im unteren Bereich steht der Hinweis „nur lesen“. Komischerweise funktioniert das aber auf meinem MacBook Air in beiden Richtungen. Zum Handy oder iPad funktioniert das nicht. Ich hatte diesbezüglich auch schon Kontakt mit dem Support, dieser konnte aber auch nicht weiter helfen bzw. Versandete dann irgendwo, ich bekam jedenfalls keine Antworten mehr. Nach einem Update der Fritz Box auf 8.25 hoffte ich dass das Problem gelöst wurde. Leider jedoch nicht. Bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass das Problem irgendwann mal gelöst wird. Da es für mich das einzige Manko ist sehe ich gelassen darüber hinweg, denn mit allem anderen bin ich sehr zufrieden. **Developer response:** Guten Tag, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Hängen Sie außerdem das Protokoll und die Support-Daten an. ### 5/5 — Nach Update funktioniert die WLAN Sperre nicht mehr richtig *2026-03-26* Durch das Update ist leider nicht mehr möglich die WLAN Sperre richtig zu nutzen. Die Endgeräte lassen sich nicht mehr sperren, es wird für eine Sekunde die Sperre angezeigt, aber danach springt der Status direkt wieder auf den Ursprungszustand zurück. Leider ist die App so nicht nutzbar, da ich nicht weiß ob das WLAN Endgerät nun gesperrt ist oder nicht. Bitte unbedingt nachbessern. Vielen Dank dafür, ich möchte die App wieder richtig nutzen!!! UPDATE: Nachdem ich nun die FRITZ!Box neu gestartet habe und die App anschließend deinstalliert und neu installiert wurde, funktioniert nun alles wieder problemlos. Hängen Sie außerdem das Protokoll und die Support-Daten an. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2026-03-19, version 2.14.1* It used to be really simple and easy but now it just won’t connect to my routers and I cannot access them or change the settings. Creating a mesh network requires me to run between routers to press the WPS buttons and still it doesn’t work. Honestly don’t know what they’ve done or why it’s become so convoluted and unusable. ### 5/5 — Useful technology *2025-11-11, version 2.12.6* It’s very useful to know what’s going on, on my home phone, when I’m away from home. ### 1/5 — Fritzbox is very poor *2025-07-05, version 2.12.2* There’s little point in having these kind of apps if the technology is so poor. I have a Fritzbox 7350 AX that struggles to deliver wifi more than a couple of meters. Previous routers managed to reach the whole house. Very disappointed. ## Frequently asked questions about MyFRITZ!App ### How do I log into a different FRITZ!Box with MyFRITZ!App? You can use MyFRITZ!App with multiple FRITZ!Box products. To switch to a different FRITZ!Box, navigate to the app settings (gear icon) and select the desired FRITZ!Box, or tap 'Add another FRITZ!Box' to register a new one. You must be connected to the new FRITZ!Box's wireless network to register it. ### Why can't I access my FRITZ!Box when I'm away from home? To access your FRITZ!Box settings remotely, ensure 'Enable use from on the go' is activated in the app's settings. For full access to the user interface from outside your home network, a FRITZ!Box user must be configured with the 'Access from the Internet allowed' right. Additionally, your FRITZ!Box needs a public IPv4 address; some internet providers use DS-Lite or CGN which may restrict remote access. ### What are the system requirements for MyFRITZ!App? To use MyFRITZ!App, you need a FRITZ!Box with FRITZ!OS version 6.50 or higher. For the full scope of functions, FRITZ!OS version 7.29 or higher is recommended. If you wish to use all functions while on the go, your FRITZ!Box must be connected to the internet and have a public IPv4 address. ### What can I do if my FRITZ!Box does not support FRITZ!OS 6.50 or later?
