I recently switched my internet provider to Frontier because it was cheaper than my previous provider and the internet is no problem. The customer service however, is the WORST. I had troubles creating my account on this app because of a simple misspelling of my last name the initial service representative made. It wasn’t their fault however it took me 1 week, 24 call attempts just to TALK to a HUMAN!! The robots kept hanging up during service hours if I said no to agreeing for them to send me a stupid text. And all their human cs representatives seem new to the job because they couldn’t find the issue and just kept saying “it should be fixed in 24hrs” it took 3 calls with different people just for the 4th person to understand the issue. Suppose to have inline service installed today 8-12. No show no call. Called frontier and after given three people was told they were held up and would be here sometime before 5. N0 SHOW. I have been here since 8am until 5pm. They refer you to this gilded app to make you feel like talking to a clanker is going to get your problems fixed. Meanwhile, you’ve already called 5 goddamn times just to talk to a human being and get some support from someone who speaks English. Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced from a company. Keep in mind, this is the only negative review I have ever written in my life. You can request a human: you’ll be put on hold indefinitely or disconnected. It’s a cluster Fuque. ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign in… *2026-08-17, version 4.33.1* App says it doesn’t recognize my email address and won’t let me sign in, even though I have plenty of emails from Frontier confirming my account. However, you cannot reschedule an appointment in any way other than using the app, which is broken… No need to remind me not to renew service with Frontier. They made the decision for me. I’m glad I still have Starlink as a back-up, which will again become my primary internet provider, once this ridiculous account with Frontier ends. too bad we can’t give negative stars in the review. Edit: I noticed the short five-star reviews after mine apper to be written by bots, as do all the five-star reviews.
