This app was also over budget so it’s buggy ### 5/5 — It really works. *2024-09-26, version 6.4.15* Great app for Funky Town. Quick response if you add a picture to your request. ### 5/5 — Fantastic Service *2024-06-01, version 6.4.12* Makes me proud to be a FW citizen. Super easy to report issues and even more importantly very fast resolution. I have submitted several requests and every one has been resolved very quickly. Almost feels like a super power driving over a pothole, submitting the request, then hours later seeing the pothole repaired! ### 1/5 — No one responds… *2024-03-30, version 6.4.7* This app seems great at first. It makes it very easy to report problem, but no one responds. We have a neighbor that has had several loud parties late at night and I’ve reported a noise complaint on this app. 6 months later the reports are all still labeled as “open” and we got zero response. I don’t know if FW is short staffed but it’s obvious that no one checks the online reports. I will be calling the non-emergency number from now on, because that’s the only way to reach people. ### 3/5 — Can’t make a report as needed *2024-01-01, version 6.4.7* Tries to file a fire work report and you are not able to write in the designated area, all it does is pull up the closest address, captia doesn’t even work. ### 3/5 — Can’t select a service *2023-12-09, version 6.4.7* Why trying to select a service for a new report, the screen keeps refreshing like it’s stuck in a coding loop. It doesn’t happen at the top of the list, but begins when I get down to “Traffic”. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-10-13, version 6.4.7* This app is awful. So much nonsense and makes it difficult to get to the point of simply paying your water bill. ### 4/5 — Doesn’t work well with voice dictation *2023-10-06, version 6.4.7* When I try to use my voice dictation on my iPhone to put information in my report, the information either deletes as soon as I stop recording my voice, or it is posted twice. ### 1/5 — Messed Up *2023-03-15* The current version lost years of my reports but more importantly all of my recent reports.
