This app was also over budget so it’s buggy ### 1/5 — No one responds… *2024-03-30, version 6.4.7* This app seems great at first. It makes it very easy to report problem, but no one responds. We have a neighbor that has had several loud parties late at night and I’ve reported a noise complaint on this app. 6 months later the reports are all still labeled as “open” and we got zero response. I don’t know if FW is short staffed but it’s obvious that no one checks the online reports. I will be calling the non-emergency number from now on, because that’s the only way to reach people. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-10-13, version 6.4.7* This app is awful. So much nonsense and makes it difficult to get to the point of simply paying your water bill. ### 1/5 — Messed Up *2023-03-15* The current version lost years of my reports but more importantly all of my recent reports. They are just accumulating. It doesn’t happen at the top of the list, but begins when I get down to “Traffic”. ### 3/5 — H2O ? No *2021-03-21, version 3.20.13* I thought I could connect with my water account on this but so far haven’t seen that this is a function here. Super easy to report issues and even more importantly very fast resolution. I have submitted several requests and every one has been resolved very quickly.
