The lock stopped functioning properly after an year and after repeated messages and calls to customer care, they are not able to solve the problem till now and are giving excuses. Just pray you don’t get locked outside yr home and dont need customer care support. We will not recommend their products to anyone. ### 1/5 — Do not buy any of their smart locks. *2026-08-01* Pathetic after sales service, would like to milk as much money as they can in the name of services. ### 1/5 — The Wi-Fi gateway device suddenly stopped working. *2026-07-21* I was quite happy with the digital lock for my gate, but its Wi-Fi gateway stopped working within just the first 20 days, leaving me very disappointed. I called the company in the morning; they said they would call back within half an hour, but no one ever did. I purchased a MyGate digital lock (Model: Pro 2 Ultra) on June 25, 2026. It came with a Wi-Fi gateway to enable Wi-Fi connectivity for the lock. However, the gateway stopped working yesterday; it functioned well for 22 days, but now there is no power indicator light at all.
