I called the company in the morning; they said they would call back within half an hour, but no one ever did. I purchased a MyGate digital lock (Model: Pro 2 Ultra) on June 25, 2026. It came with a Wi-Fi gateway to enable Wi-Fi connectivity for the lock. However, the gateway stopped working yesterday; it functioned well for 22 days, but now there is no power indicator light at all.
