Only way to have decent wifi(that still lags) is too get the most expensive plan they have because if you get the cheaper ones and only use it to connect to your tv or your phone it will waste your data and if your lucky you might be able to live in a area where another wifi company and service you

Asks for my face ID to log in and never makes it any farther, just the grey spinning wheel of despair. I literally just want to pay my bills, but NO. Don't even bother with this app, its totally broken.

Goodluck trying to even get the stupid app to open. Even with the unlimited red plan that YOU guys offer i still cant get the stupid app to load in. Sometimes it never will. Theres no point in having this app if it doesnt open. Fix it now

Former employee back when I lived in Alaska; this app has not worked for the last few years EVEN since I worked for the company and even called in this big issue 2-3 times INCLUDING TAKING IT DIRECTLY TO OUR IT SUPPORT TEAM (dayuum..)

 I mean I cannot even log in.. I just get the loading circle of death that perpetually increases my rage and dissatisfaction with a (more than likely) billion dollar company that can’t even get a simple app bug fixed… 

I deleted and removed the app probably a year or two ago. I had hoped when I reinstalled it now I’d be able to log in since the website through my phone doesn’t even show anything after you log in… but WHAT A SURPRISE THE APP IS STILL BROKEN. 

Don’t even bother trying to report, or use this app… save your frustration and find something you enjoy doing instead, your time will be better spent.

I purchased WiFi through GCI customer service for my home in town but apparently there were not enough lines so I have been fighting with the off shore customer service just to get a refund for internet service I paid for and can not receive and can’t even talk to a person who understands the service/issues/problem solving, etc…. Spare yourself! Call MTA
