When you search PCP and copay is $20 but GEHA standard plan process and leave us to pay $35 , not true

Limited mobile app options, requested paper copies of claims and was told they only send them quarterly however have not received any EOBs.

Very difficult to login.  It continuously told me my login information was incorrect yet sent me an email regarding a password change.  Finally successfully logged in and unable to see my plan benefits.  Error message states I need to block pop ups on safari.  Completed it, closed the browser, submitted request again with the same response.  Very dissatisfied.

Nice to find providers but you can’t schedule appointments from the app

Claim submission through the app does not support people stationed overseas. Only accepts US phone numbers (10 digit vice longer overseas numbers). Provider address only supports US states and zip codes. No option for overseas addresses. Also, make an option to save the providers information. When family members use the same provider, it is easier to use the save info, rather than having to type the information over and over again.
