It continuously told me my login information was incorrect yet sent me an email regarding a password change. Finally successfully logged in and unable to see my plan benefits. Error message states I need to block pop ups on safari. Completed it, closed the browser, submitted request again with the same response. If needed to reset password, the code won’t show up for hours even though it expires in 10 minutes. Each screen displays very little information. Takes forever to find what you want. I was looking for a form I needed. Took 20 minutes to find. Took another 10 minutes to figure how to get a copy downloaded so I could use it. The top part with my name is huge and part with my ins cards is so big I can see anything. Only accepts US phone numbers (10 digit vice longer overseas numbers). Provider address only supports US states and zip codes. No option for overseas addresses. Also, make an option to save the providers information.
