## Newest reviews (4 of 24)

### 2/5 — Is this app supported?

*2022-12-09*

App hasn’t been updated in two years. Where are those improvements the app description talks about?

### 2/5 — Hard to read

*2022-05-06, version 102.0.0*

There does not seem to be a landscape version.

### 2/5 — Not the best functioning app

*2022-02-23*

It crashes, limited abilities, face recognition goes not work. It app needs to be updated and fixed for it to be usable.

### 1/5 — Crashes, unreliable, & useless

*2019-11-14*

Doesn’t work for anything. Crashes constantly and provides very limited functionality

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-12-11*

I don’t know if it’s just for civilian members but I can only see my medical records, appointments, etc.. with my CAC card on a work computer not on this app. So frustrating!

### 1/5 — Not Functional

*2025-11-15*

Doesn’t allow me to log in, even though the username, email, PW, & EVERYTHING is correct.

### 1/5 — I’m kinda concerned here

*2025-03-21*

Just created an account for the first time and noticed there are medical records currently existing on my account and bill amount due. As I have never been to Genesis clinics or hospitals, I found this interesting and called billing and medical records. Good thing is that Billing said I had no payments due. Medical records sadly has yet to respond. Regardless… why am I seeing these records. Do they belong to someone that is not me? If so, I think there is a serious quality issue and potentially legal issue here, which I am not sure if it is from the app, Genesis, or some intermediate service they use for accessing said records.

### 1/5 — beware

*2024-07-16*

a SCAM

### 1/5 — Awful

*2024-05-22*

Can never log in. It’s useless. Always have to use actual website. Please fix.

### 1/5 — Garbage web interface repackaged as an app

*2023-09-28*

It’s 2023 and you have an app worse than amateur apps built in 2010. You make enough money that you should be embarrassed by this. App crashes the moment you click the To field when attempting to message a provider.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-03-20*

I created an account already online. Tried to login with the app and it doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Junk

*2023-02-09*

Cannot log in. Says my username and password is incorrect. Junk.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2023-01-07*

Consistently crashes during login.

### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in

*2020-06-18*

I was able to log in once after that it said there was an error and it keeps saying that. It’s now been 3 days and it still won’t let me log in. Says error 500.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — My chart 24/7

*2023-03-06*

I am so grateful for this app. Saves time and my doctor can communicate with me without playing phone tag. Everything is available with a simple click!

### 5/5 — Nice new features

*2020-08-07*

Much improved since first release. Well done Genesis!

### 5/5 — Innovation

*2020-08-07*

Excellent

### 4/5 — Would like to connect with Apple health.

*2023-06-14*

Would like to connect with Apple health. I don't see this feature. Otherwise a solid app.

### 4/5 — Where is the logout!

*2021-12-01*

No logout button! Or it’s major hide and seek….

### 3/5 — Not MHS Genesis

*2025-04-05*

This is NOT MHS Genesis

### 3/5 — Only viewable in portrait on iPad

*2019-10-23*

The typical viewing mode is landscape for iPad.

### 2/5 — Having to login every time is a huge pain on iPhone

*2024-05-01*

It’s actually easier just to do it on the web

### 2/5 — App crash & login issues

*2023-11-10*

There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the developers outside leaving a bad review so here goes: I am extremely frustrated that I can’t use Face ID without several steps because iPhone can’t recognize that your app belongs with my Genesis stored password and your Face ID doesn’t seem to work without a login & password. And now that I finally, after a year, got my son added to my profile, I can’t send a message on either of our behalf, because when I try to click on the box to pick who the message is about, the app crashes!

### 2/5 — Missing basic functions

*2023-07-13*

iPhone stores passwords by website name. When I use a browser, your platform is under healtheintent.com. When I use the app, even if you’re not able to have facial recognition set up for me to log into your app, at least fix it so that when Apple tries to look for a password that I can use to fill in the login screen, it is not looking for “My Genesis”. Because that is not a website name, I cannot store a login/password under it, nor does the phone look for something under healtheintent.com. This causes me to have to take a ridiculous amount of extra steps, including remember your website name.

Second, when I have a new message from my provider, the app should be able to give a notification icon.
