Very bad phone carrier my unlimited data runs out before due date.I call and try to tell them about they tell me to re pay the pay which is crazy if the bill isn’t due. long story short this is the worst company it does not make any sense if you have unlimited and it doesn’t work the whole month

If you received a phone and line issued by the government then the app itself should notify you if you didn’t make a call yet once a month, I don’t understand why would that be difficult to implement, just simply a warning feature.

I have a network problem and I asked for swap my network to t mobile agent asked me remove eSIM from phone and he reactivated with t mobile network I did it and he’s left the chat in middle after that I can talk with 6 7 agents and after 5hr of conversation we re add my eSIM
