Able to complete task that was difficult in T Wallet and other GHMC app ### 3/5 — Grievances not resolving but marking as Resolved. *2024-08-05* Irresponsible and lazy Officers writing off Many grievances as Resolved, even when the issue is not looked at. Shame!! If these people are not interested to work, better fire them recruit new people who can do justice to tax payers money. ### 1/5 — Grievance of closing without resolution *2024-03-01* The app is not serving the purpose of resolving issues. The call Center reverts and questions if satisfied. But if your reply is a NO, nothing is done beyond that. The ghmc officials are uncouth and used to bribes. Nothing moves forward without that. They are hand in glove with local politicians. For example, Jaffar the local leader came and threatened that he will disconnect / block our drain. When asked to produce the ghmc permission, nothing is shown but I was threatened for objection to mix the local drain line in our BPCL retail outlet premises, which they are not supposed to. Not one ghmc official addressed this. So IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR INVOLVEMENT. And complaints are closed by officers without resolving . ### 1/5 — No action on complaint just time pass and close the complaint. *2023-09-26* The complaint mechanism in ghmc is worst. Whenever we raise the complaint, The town planning section officials go to site collect bribes from them and keep complaint pending for some time close without any resolution or action. They time pass till the construction completes and then close complaints. Why the EVDO not take any action on this section for the inaction & why the vigilance department not monitor the complaints against this town planning section. Pls enquire & take necessary action or else simply close the provision and say that there should not be any complaints and town planning is for collecting bribes and do what they want & don’t enforce law. ### 1/5 — This app is only for show off *2023-09-18* This app is only for show off the negligence of the officers incharge not a single complaint of mine is solved this is the ability of the working office , it’s only to blame other departments or not in scope of work , If This review is seriously noted the office should take in written completion letter and post along with the complaint so the problems faced by the citizens are taken seriously otherwise it’s just like cat and mouse issues happening… Worst ever dept in my life time … I shall never complain nor take any service from Ghmc from now on thanks a ton for not attending to our complaints nor taking seriously. I shall do all the works with my own pocket so that nothing is taking by the Ghmc . ### 2/5 — Repair images submission *2022-10-20* Hello team, it would be really nice if the people who have repaired the potholes or the road or the cleaned area upload the image after repair or cleaning. This will help you understand if the repair has been done in the first place and also how much of a quality job was done at the site. ### 5/5 — New update/ interface face of new app not working *2021-12-27* When ever try to open the app its close automatically in I phone its very pathetically the application is designed, previously register the complain about Mousqito fogging, issued the ticket no or reference no , after three days receive messege on my mobile that my complain has been resolved without attending my complain and also want to make property tak payment but could not get details when I enter PTIN no in search field. In my opinion its better to shutdown or close this application when you authorities don’t want to address the problem of citizens ### 1/5 — Complaint of GHMC Officials *2021-04-28, version 1.18* Either the GHMC app is useless, or GHMC officials are not doing their duties properly, i have complained about 1000 times, not a single response to my complaints.
