I kindly request that you share with us more information and the contact number to our info@gig-gulf.com and in order to investigate your feedback further. ### 1/5 — Effectively useless *2026-01-11, version 6.6* A wrapper to redirect you constantly to the website, with documentation that is impossible to parse on a phone size device (you actually need to scale up and read all the documents, the design approach to font size and visibility is truly horrible). The overall user experience is quite bad. You can’t just submit a claim, you have to first download a PDF (not linked anywhere in the claim process!) then upload that into the app. It’s clunky and poorly thought through. Makes me remember why i always preferred BUPA. ### 1/5 — Limited functionality *2025-09-23* Runs and looks like a badly coded webpage from the 1990s. Have just moved over to this provider and so far, after an ankle sprain with tendon issues no drugs have been approved including pain medication and swelling reduction.
