…sollte sein, geht nur leider nicht. Error beim Einreichen. Biometrie muss jedes Mal wieder aktiviert werden, also auch sinnlos.

Eigentlich sehr gute und einfache Bedienbarkeit, aber viel zu häufig Verbindungsfehler, die anscheinend auf Dauer von Globality nicht behoben werden. Benötige teilweise mehrere Tage, um einen Leistungsfall hochzuladen.

Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen zum einreichen von Rechnungen - echt klasse!
Zwei Dinge sind allerdings dringend verbesserungsfähig:
1. Das einloggen per Touch ID dauert ewig lange und bricht deswegen auch häufig erfolglos ab - vielleicht ist der Server nicht performant genug. Ist jedenfalls nervig..
2. will man eine Nachricht über das kontaktformular schicken und gibt diese ein, bricht die Eingabe wiederholt einfach ab (Apple iPhone) und alles war umsonst. Ein Nogo!
