My employer switched over to this company for time logging and payroll to save money. I guess you get what you pay for. No matter how many hours you work, your ‘total hours worked’ will always say zero. Worked 40 hours? The app will say you worked zero. When it’s time for my employer to run payroll, they call me and have to ask me how many hours I’ve worked and they add it up on a calculator. This has resulted in miscalculations, missed days, and paychecks in the wrong amount. When our paycheck does come through, the “paystub” you get from MyGo isn’t even a valid paystub and my employer won’t supply anything else. MyGo, you have a 1.5 star rating. When I type my credentials it’s give an error in the password which works fine everywhere else. Entire company set back by continuous errors, the “remember me” feature is not functional at all, and even if it were, the app requires multiple restarts on your phone to properly display and input clock in and clock out. Junk app. This service alone has costed our company tens to hundreds of hours to correct, and manage, and we’re a team of 20-25y/o tech individuals with new phones and new computers. UPDATE: 09.21.20 still not working correctly. We use this app to see our paystub. Can log in, but every time we select “Paystub” it kicks us out. Another update came out and back to not working again. Also shows poor details. I don’t enjoy my payroll being hooked up to this app. I waste a few minutes every time I clock in and out. App doesn’t confirm clicks. It’s way better now. Kudos to developers for not ignoring completely and redesigning the app from the ground. But, can you add one important feature i.e, to add FaceID or TouchID and remember me options so that I don’t need to type my user name and password every time I try to login. Add FaceID and we will use the app daily. ### 2/5 — Needed add Setting Access *2022-02-20, version 2.0.5* I just downloaded that APP for my work and I have iPhone 12 and it doesn’t have Reemember Me or Save Password allow or even FaceID that way I don’t have to type every time I check in and check out. I checked its website on my iPad and there it is, it does have Remember Me on iPad but I cannot carrying iPad with me to work. This app (and it’s website) are poor efforts. My company switched from Paycom to this service. Serious step down in quality of the interface and access to my info.
