## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.3 — 2026-10-06

What's new in this version:
• Automatic AI scorecard scan: photograph your filled-in scorecard and let the app read your scores automatically – no more manual typing
• Stableford gross & net points calculated automatically, per hole and per player
• More accurate course data (Course Rating, Slope, hole-by-hole) for more golf courses
• The app is now also available in French

### 2.2 — 2026-09-28

• Redesigned score entry: add Course Rating, Slope, total length, and your Handicap Index directly – with an automatic suggestion for your Stableford course handicap.
• Values you've entered before for a club are now suggested automatically the next time you log a round there.
• Free-text tee entry for courses without official course data.
• New: when rating a club, you can now upload a photo of a blank scorecard – helps the community see tees and course layout at a glance while browsing.
• Minor improvements and bug fixes.

### 2.1 — 2026-09-15

Version 2.1:
• MyGolfDiary: fixed duplicate map pins for the same golf course – each course now shows only once.
• Missing address, phone number, or website in our data is now automatically filled in.
• New: tap a phone number, email, or website to choose directly – call/open or copy to clipboard.
• One navigation button instead of two: choose conveniently between Apple Maps and Google Maps.
• Clearer message when course data hasn't been downloaded yet for a region, with a direct link to data management.
• Course names in Arabic and other non-Latin scripts are no longer displayed as unreadable text.
• Additional bug fixes and small improvements to golf course search.

### 2.0 — 2026-09-03

Redesigned Home Screen
Tidier than ever: "Overview" bundles Rounds, Ratings, Flight Partners, Photos, Reports and Statistics in one place. The "Record Round" and "Rate Club" tiles get you started without detours.

New: Reports
The Year Review summarizes a calendar year, the Trip Report one of your trips – each with a rating distribution, courses played and flight partners. You put trips together yourself from your rounds. Both reports can be exported as PDF, optionally with photos you choose yourself as an appendix.

Expanded Score Entry
Besides strokes and putts, you can now log par, slope, holes played and lost balls – pre-filled directly from the tee selection at German clubs.

Also: the "Most Played Courses" ranking now correctly opens the rounds list, page numbers in all PDF reports, plus various smaller improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-28

## Deutsch

## English

This update brings several improvements to the Fairway Radar map:

- Searching for a golf course now zooms in precisely on the course you found, instead of showing a wide overview with many other clubs.
- Removed a duplicate compass icon that appeared on the map.
- Course pin banners now have consistent widths, even with longer text.
- New: pins now show a small golfer icon for courses you've already played, and a flag icon for courses you haven't played yet.
- The map now stays readable even with a large number of results – above 50 matches, you'll see a hint suggesting a smaller search radius.
