Unable to search for PBT to make any form of check. Cannot comprehend on why do we still need to enter our own profile details in-terms of nationality, gender or address? Since all can be populated by JPN? Understand that BM is national language but the lack of other language for support is quite disappointing in Year 2026, moreover coming from Madani government that is promoting unity, even Singapore SingPass support all languages. Really wonder if the app has went through extensive pre-deployment check before releasing for usage. To be frank, still a long way more to have a functional app or to be even competent against SingPass which is a combination of MyDigital ID and MyGov.
