عند قراءة البطاقة يظهر تاريخ ميلاد خاطئ رغم انه صحيح على البطاقة. حاولت كثيرا ودائما نفس الخطأ. لا أستطيع الموافقة على تأكيد البيانات بسبب هذا الخطأ

terrible upgrade

i used to be able to pay my water bill on the old app with just my phone number. it was so nice, didn’t have to remember account number. now i have to not only manually enter my ID information but also the account number which i don’t have memorized. such a hassle.

Thank you for your interaction. You can view all your EWA accounts and pay your bills by logging in with your eKey 2.0 account. Once logged in, simply go to the “Profile” tab to access and pay your bills easily. For enquires or more information please call 80008001. To register for an eKey 2.0 account, please download the app eKey 2.0 app via bahrain.bh/apps.
