I bought the EPEVER solar charge controller and the app is so much better. So I’d advise to stay away from the esmart and other controllers that use this app until it’s updated. This app on an apple iPhone constantly crashes, it doesn’t load the values most of the time, and the battery section is limited and most of the settings are locked out. Ich nutze diese zentral - die App ist mit meinem Router verbunden. Nach dem Ausfall der App habe ich diverse Einstellungen im Router geprüft, App reinstalliert und die App auf unterschiedlichen Geräten geprüft-alles ohne Erfolg. Beim hinzufügen in der App werden die Ortungsdienste verlangt, sonst geht das nicht. Datenschutz lässt grüßen. Nach dem hinzuzufügen baut er einmal die Verbindung auf. Ein weiteres mal schlägt fehl (Dauerschleife Connection). Selbst mit einer älteren Version auf IPhone 4s - plötzlich gleiches Thema. IOS13 and newer will not connect a new device even in AP mode. Had to use an old device to setup and then newer devices will connect but only when on LAN. ### 3/5 — Connection problem *2019-03-06* This app used to work when you leave the house and change to cellular data. Now once you leave the local WiFi connection it no longer works anywhere, be it cellular or data or even WiFi and sometimes local WiFi even doesn’t work. I have a host of other devices I control through the same network and they are all doing great aside this software. I hope support would take a critical look into this issue since I distribute and install these devices commercially.
