I couldn’t find another tour available so it's great if you like to get off the beaten path! You get the same experience no matter where you are and there is no need to plan what you’re going to do ahead of time! We could just see all the sights at our own pace with the audio too, so easy to use!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashed phone *2026-07-31, version 1.9* Never had a chance to use the app because it crashed my phone while on vacation. I had to wait until my phone died to reboot it because it was stuck with the setup notification which locked my touch screen. I deleted after I finally was able to use my phone again because I was not going to risk this again since my phone had all of my travel info on it. ### 1/5 — Wasted visit *2026-06-16, version 1.8* The tour generated through this app had 8 stops (though the actual map locations for these were off). After the second stop the audio also stopped leaving me in the middle of the historic section of the city (where I had only 1 afternoon) without any guidance - completely useless. In addition I sent an email to their helpdesk (you have to pay for premium to access support in app) which wasn’t responded to. Overall, while this is good as an idea it is appalling in execution and overpriced as a result. If I’d had time I would have found a real guide (as I try to wherever we go) but this was just a severe letdown. ### 5/5 — Really loved it *2026-07-21, version 1.9* My expectations were greatly exceeded.
