Die Ladezeiten könnten definitiv besser sein. Was mich am meisten stört: Auf der Startseite wird zuerst der Pufferspeicher angezeigt, obwohl die wirklich interessanten Werte eher beim Kessel liegen. Sinnvoll wäre direkt zu sehen, wie voll der Puffer ist, wann der Kessel startet und die wichtigsten Betriebsdaten auf einen Blick. Auch etwas nervig: Man muss sich jedes Mal neu anmelden und dann noch die eigene Heizung auswählen. Ich denke, die meisten Nutzer haben nur eine Anlage – das könnte man deutlich einfacher lösen. Die Rücklauftemperaturen wären zwar interessant zu sehen, sind aber kein Muss. Richtig cool wären dafür Grafen mit Temperaturverläufen sowie eine Übersicht, welcher Heizkreis wie viel Energie verbraucht hat bzw. der Gesamtverbrauch in kWh. Und für Apple-Nutzer besonders schade: Es gibt keine Push-Mitteilungen. Man bekommt also keine Info, ob oder wann etwas gemacht werden muss – das wäre wirklich ein großes Plus. Fazit: Gute Ansätze, aber da ist noch ordentlich Luft nach oben. ### 3/5 — Guter Start *2026-03-11* Funktioniert ganz gut, könnte aber um Statistiken erweitert werden. Wäre schön wenn die App sich weiter entwickelt. ### 3/5 — Ewiges neu Laden beim Verlassen der APP *2026-01-22* Da geht man einmal für 2 Sekunden aus der APP raus und jedes Mal wird die komplett geschlossen und muss wieder neu geladen werden. Auch wenn man nur 2 Sekunden raus war. Was ist das bitte für ein Mist. Andere APPs bleiben auch im Hintergrund aktiv und man kann sofort wieder rein und an der Stelle wo man zuletzt war wieder fortfahren. Das ist ja mega nervig das die immer komplett runter fährt. Wenigstens 5 oder 10 Minuten könnte die doch wohl im Hintergrund aktiv bleiben. ### 4/5 — Performance mit iOS 26.2 *2026-01-10* App funktioniert auch mit iOS 26.2 ohne Probleme ### 1/5 — Suboptimal *2025-10-21* Das letzte Update war ja wohl mal gar nichts. Das letzte Update unter IOS 26 installiert und außer dem Startbildschirm passiert nichts. Sowas sollte doch ausgiebig getestet werden, bevor man etwas veröffentlicht. Mit dem Update hatte ich eigentlich auf Besserung gehofft. Mittlerweile kann ich in der App gar nichts mehr einstellen und muss jedes Mal in den Keller laufen. ### 1/5 — Hdg *2024-05-18* Hallo, Ich kann mich leider nur den Vorgängern anschließen. App sehr langsam, bis keine Funktion… (Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezession) Aufgrund des hohen Investitionen in einen soliden Hackschnitzelofen, wäre es wünschenswert eine funktionierende App zu haben. (Sowas is heutzutage leider sehr ärgerlich) Mein Nachbar besitzt seit einigen Jahren eine Hargassner Heizung, bei der alles mit der App funktioniert und vernünftig gesteuert werden kann 🫢 Liebes hdg Team, Bitte kümmert euch bitte darum, der Name steht doch für rundherum Qualität. MfG ### 1/5 — Nicht Brauchbar *2024-01-31* Was soll ich sagen. Man Kauft ein Heizsystem bestehend aus 2 Kesseln und gibt schon einiges an Geld aus. Beim Marketing und im Verkaufsgespräch wird mit der „Mega“ Steuerungssoftware geworben. Und dann. Der 2. Kessel wird nur extern Eingebunden. (Da in Nebenhebäude mit Fernleitung) Es kommt bspw. Keine Fehlermeldungen etc. Aufs Haupt Display. Aufgrund anderen Aufstell-Ort darf ich jetzt immer wieder bei beiden Kesseln schauen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Gedanke, diese App könnte helfen war auch nur ein Wunschgedanke. Denn Sie funktioniert einfach nicht. Da ist es schneller zum Kessel zu gehen, und es zu handhaben wie es schon vor 100 Jahren war. Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten sollte HDG auf das werben mit dieser App lieber verzichten. Software kostet eben auch Geld- und wenn man damit wirbt sollte diese auch ihren Zweck erfüllen. ### 1/5 — Sehr langsam. *2024-01-21* Der Wechsel der einzelnen Seiten dauert ewig, oft steigt die App sogar ganz aus!!! Nervig!!!!
