As Singapore’s premier healthcare provider, Parkway Shenton now offers greater everyday convenience to our corporate members via the personalised one-stop MyHealth Wallet mobile application. Users can check their benefit entitlement, budget utilisation, balance as well as submit claims on the go via their mobile devices. In addition, with the new online claim submission feature, submitting a claim is now much easier as you only need to take a photo of the receipt and upload the image for submission. Your claim status will be updated in the mobile application and a notification will be triggered to you once the claim is approved. Reset password every time when we login is not practical at all. ### 1/5 — Worst app to use ever *2025-09-28, version 3.5.7* Whenever I want to see a doctor the apps was logout and I am unable to access to company email. Each time I was logout I had to reset the freaking password. What’s the point of using this app? It is the worst app ever. If not company are using this for insurance medical I wouldn’t even download such a lousy apps. Please improve on the apps. Even for security purposes can send sms otp or whatsoever. Doesn’t have to always use office email to login when session was logout.
