Approach helpdesk and got to useless help. How to pay without details? Got a message saying my results are out and to download the app. First, setting up the app is a pain because it keeps showing errors. Then when I finally am able to get in, where are the freaking results? This app is not intuitive at all. When Finally I find the results and click on them, nothing happens. I also wonders why the line is working well when the person is asking me for my contact details, and the line went patchy when I refuse to give my contacts.
