I booked an online consultation with a doctor and they just did not call me at the appointment time. I waited for an hour before contacting customer. After pressing the customer care button it redirected me to skype and said that there was some error and I could not call the number. This happened repeatedly. I finally got into touch with customer care after directly calling max Saket. They called me back after half and hour and said even they couldn’t get in touch with the doctor and said I should just cancel the appointment. Max should verify with the doctor If they can actually show up for the appointment before accepting payment from the patient. The customer care number should work at least. Terrible app and absolutely dysfunctional system.

Your app is utterly a waste of everyone’s time, money and effort. I prepaid for an appointment at Max and the doctor finally rang me after over two hours of waiting & repeated calling using the helpline number. Then the network conveniently broke off - so that’s that. My appointment was marked as “missed”. Disappointed beyond measure.

It is important that the consulting doctors are also taught how to use the app. The money charged is atrocious for an appointment and consultation very unsatisfactory.

Not satisfied all, had an online consultation that cost me 1600 Rupees and it was the worst experience ever, of the doctors are not keep to give the consultations online, they should excuse themselves of doing that, we expect them to continues being doctors and not just sell a consultation.

I tried using the app to avail online consultancy using video conference. I took the appointment but after waiting for 30mins didn’t get any call. What I got was a soft copy of prescription as if doctor knew beforehand my ailment and didn’t need any interaction. On top of it there is no help on the app to follow up or raise queries or concerns. All it does well is accept payment. Don’t fall in trap for online consultation using the app you would end up disappointed and frustrated.

Patients already having MaxID cannot see their details. I have 3 members registered to the Hospital with same phone number. Have been visiting max since many years yet I don’t see the previous appointment details or prescriptions.
I understand a lot of effort is made to build this app, but what good it is if I cannot see my previous history which I made using walk-ins using same phone number.

My mom had multiple myeloma and I needed a 2nd opinion. I uploaded the reports before the consult - the dr didn’t even read them - and prescribed the same tests that I had uploaded after the consult. And, within minutes of the video consult I get a call from max to schedule the tests with them. Money making machine ... no ethics ... don’t waste your time with them if you are looking for an opinion. Not to mention the app is glitchy and the appoint never happened on time.

Right from video and direct consultation options to tracking vitals, allergies and health data.
Would definitely recommend!

Used to for a Max Hospital consultation. The video audio was very clear. The doctor could access my uploaded documents which is good. And I was able to upload them easily and pay easily as well. But note that
1. Upload 1 document at a time. More than 1 at a time was problematic for me
2. Go to settings and allow camera/mic access before your consultation. When I received the call I was unable to hear the doctor and vice versa because iPhone opened the normal call interface and I thought this is supposed to be a voice call only. Then I opened the app and there it asked me for mic and camera permissions after which I was able to see the doc and we had our chat.

Hi , 
I used this app and worked very well. But some enhancements are need as below : 

1. How to query with doctor after consultation is over. There should be one query section so that patient can ask and doctor can reply on same.

2. No option to delete profile as I created two by mistake.

Rest all is good and appreciate this new initiative ...

U book an appointment Dr prescribed some medicines and tests and then u have to book another appointment to share the reports and spend 1000rs again.. This is sheer business making..

Atleast an option should be there or window should be opened to upload the test results within 2 days.
