### 3/5 — Sync Issues

*2025-01-07, version 5.0.6*

I have used the app for 4 years now for work perks and it constantly fails to sync to my Apple health so I have lapses in data due to sync issues. I typically have to uninstall and reinstall to refresh the sync issues. This is the biggest issue and I wish it would get fixed.

### 2/5 — Very poor sync functionality

*2024-11-05, version 5.0.6*

Some things (steps) used to sync via Apple Health or Strava, but they haven’t for a month despite being set up to do so, and being in the most up to date version of the app. Sleep has never synced properly.

### 4/5 — Don’t love the interface but works ok

*2024-08-14, version 5.0.2*

It’s a little too dark and dated for my preferences. But sit gets the job done and I get my points.

### 2/5 — Needs to be better

*2023-11-03, version 4.3.0*

We use Healthcheck 360 at work and many of the challenges require activity or step tracking. However, the app never syncs correctly with the Apple Watch and makes participation difficult if not impossible. Please provide an update to fix these issues.

### 2/5 — App doesn’t connect with Apple

*2023-05-17, version 4.3.0*

It doesn’t automatically connect with my Apple devices even though it shows connected, I still have to manually input my steps and workouts. Using this app is mandatory for me to receive deductions on my health insurance.

### 1/5 — Outdated

*2023-01-07, version 4.2.8*

This app is straight out of 2015. It’s clunky , missing friends, challenges. Now i have to pay out of pocket for a wellness check!!! I miss go365. It was much better.

### 1/5 — Can’t schedule coaching call

*2022-12-06, version 4.2.8*

Trash app

### 1/5 — Health survey

*2022-09-27, version 4.2.7*

I can’t do the health survey on my health 360 app and I need to do so before the end of September………..Please fix

### 1/5 — Loses Connection With Apple Health Every Week

*2022-06-08, version 4.2.4*

Once connection is lost,It takes days to recover by deleting the app, reinstalling, repeating cycle 6 to 8 times and at some point it decides to connect. Just not worth my time and effort, I’ve told my employer that due to this app, I have no desire to participate in their programs.

### 2/5 — It's a good idea but it's doesn't work as good as it should

*2022-03-05, version 4.2.2*

It doesn't refreshing well or link with other apps as it should. Im really hoping it improves

### 1/5 — Rewards link

*2021-12-06, version 4.1.7*

Rewards link appears to be removed from the front page.

### 1/5 — Poor design

*2021-11-11, version 4.1.5*

App won’t even let me set up an account. Setup account button does not light up. Poor excuse of an app.

### 1/5 — Bad Bad Bad

*2021-09-23, version 4.1.3*

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Takes forever to load, terrible UI, sometimes won’t load at all. If I didn’t have to use this for benefits through work I 100% wouldn’t use it. So many better ways to track fitness and health items, so many better apps.

### 1/5 — Username

*2021-08-19, version 4.1.2*

I am trying to create an account for my work to keep status of my gym, exercise and ect… and I CANNOT create a user name!!!

### 1/5 — Slow

*2021-08-10, version 4.1.2*

Holy moly this app is so slow. I kinda expected it though because their website is equally as horrible.

I’d like to dig around in the app and see what all I can do but it’s just too unbearable.

### 1/5 — Slow, unresponsive, poor UX/UI

*2021-08-04, version 4.1.2*

Slow, unresponsive, poor UX/UI. Not sure why this app is necessary.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Usually doesn’t work

*2025-03-14, version 5.0.6*

I was so disappointed when my company started forcing us to use this app. It just doesn’t work 98% of the time. Just tried to take the survey and it can’t bother to load.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2025-01-29, version 5.0.6*

This is the most confusing app I have ever used. My work wants to use it, but all of us are going to use something else. It’s the most difficult and non-user friendly app out there. Confusing and dumb. I’d give zero stars if I could

### 1/5 — Not really app but links to a website

*2024-08-28, version 5.0.2*

This app is difficult to use with no explanation of its features. After hours of tinkering the app turns out to just link you to their website, which launches in a separate app, for every entry. While their is a spot to track calories it doubles your effort because it does not link to many other calorie trackers. If I didn’t have to deal with this app to get an insurance discount from work I wouldn’t.

### 1/5 — Not importing my information

*2024-07-31, version 5.0.2*

This app is not importing my information from my health app on my iPhone.

### 1/5 — Wow. What a horrible implementation

*2024-04-23, version 4.3.0*

As a professional in the UI/UX field myself, I’m trying to figure out how the account creation screens even made it out of QA. It’s the FIRST EXPERIENCE users have, and it’s horrible. Whose decision was it to make the password and pw confirmation fields turn “legal pad yellow” with white text? I can’t even see what’s in it. I allowed my iPhone to auto generate a password that meets the field requirements, although once in the text boxes I can’t tell what is actually there. Then when I go to submit, I get an incredibly generic error “the request is invalid” and it won’t let me proceed. What is invalid?? Why can’t I proceed? I filled out all the fields correctly, to my knowledge anyway, based on the prompts and input rules. By the way, what is a “Unique Identifier”?? Is that like a username? Why is there a username and unique identifier? Is it a different piece of information I was supposed to have coming into the application? I only received a company code from the people who did my assessment. Is this is indication of what awaits me inside? It seems other reviews echo my sentiments and experience. I’ve never taken the time to write a review for any application, but yours sure inspired me. Go back to the drawing board and do some actual user testing outside of your development team or something… The signup experience should never have made it out the door ona deployment push.

### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I’ve EVER used

*2023-09-05, version 4.3.0*

This app is is just a waste of space on my phone. It has actually hurt my health more than anything. Some people may benefit from tracking every step they take, but we’re not all the same. This app makes fitness a chore and has robbed me of sleep and of happiness. Sadly, it has had a negative impact on my relationships and a terrible effect on my outlook on life. This is very damaging to my health and makes my future seem bleak. I’ve read about many people who have lived to be over 100 or close to 100, and I’ve NEVER heard any of them say they tracked their steps and activities or kept a strict diet. In fact, most of them appear to have taken life in stride rather than getting obsessed over a rigid lifestyle controlled by anything like an app. I want my life back, the life where I was in control and was able to feel joy. I will be so grateful when this app is out of my life for good. Shame on the narrow minded company that created this app because they obviously don’t have compassion for all people.

### 1/5 — Shameful

*2023-08-28, version 4.3.0*

I’d do everything in my power to ask my company to change this vendor and their terrible app. It goes in a loop of errors between the web page and the app to do anything

### 1/5 — How can I make it 0 stars?!

*2023-07-11, version 4.3.0*

myHealthcheck360 is the biggest scam I’ve ever encountered. My employer didn’t exactly force the entire nationwide staff to submit to the program, but they will increase health insurance prices for an individual by almost $1,400.00 and if you have a family, over $3,000 based on the number of dependents.

On top of that, I asked a simple question to everyone in my company and everyone I can get in touch with at myHealthcheck360. “What do you do with the data you collect?” NOT ONE PERSON IN THE ENTIRE COMPANY WILL TELL ME WHAT THEY DO WITH MY PERSONAL HEALTH DATA!!! The only thing they disclose is that they “will not share details of screening results with your employer.” When I asked about a HIPAA form, I was met with bewilderment.

myHealthcheck360 wants users to believe that they collect your medical data via a screening and compensate you by giving money towards your health insurance. So they are in the business of conducting expensive medical testing and giving away money, but they do not collect any money for these services. That’s frankly unrealistic for a company to sustain its operations. They are making money from the private data of countless people who are “voluntarily” giving it over under threat of insurmountable increases in health insurance expenses. Where it goes from there, that’s a mystery. But someone is paying the bills and the employees….

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-05-14, version 4.3.0*

We have to use this app for work to earn points toward a discount on our insurance. While it’s great at tracking everything, it has failed to give me ANY points, including the points for downloading the app. I have contacted support for this app twice and both times I just get an automatic reply that it will take up to 48 hours for a reply. After 96 hours there has still been no reply. (96 business hours!) This is a huge discount on insurance that I won’t get if they can’t get their act together! It’s happening to other employees as well. It’s frustrating!!!

### 1/5 — TERRIBLE

*2023-01-21, version 4.2.8*

A really bad app and I’m disappointed that companies partner with them for wellness. It must be CHEAP.

The Touch ID is a great feature that makes the login experience hassle free.
