The web page doesn’t load anything up regarding my benefits and then just sends me in a loop between the app and web. ### 1/5 — Blank page *2024-10-19, version 1.0.19102* The app always gives me a blank page. I have not been able to use it for weeks ### 1/5 — White Screen *2024-10-04, version 1.0.19102* When I log in, all I get is a white screen (with a green bar at the top). So this app is now worthless. Clunky. Doesn’t work correctly. Says I have bills to pay (I know that I do!) and there is no way to pay them. Always shows $0.00 owed. I really hope the company I work for gets better health insurance soon. Other than that it’s pretty useless since I can’t navigate through all claims. Having to download and save them to my phone is not mobile friendly. I want to be able to view my statements and close them.
