Their website has a link “patient portal” which brings me there, but it is basically (almost) empty. They use “Athena Health” app which has more info. in it. Either the data should be transferred/added/updated in this app to be complete & up to date, or the hospital in Naples, FL should remove/update the link. Why make healthcare more challenging to navigate for patients in general, and in Naples, FL which has a high >65 yrs old population? Thanks for response from developer. Updating all patient data into the app from the hospital records would not violate HIPAA as there would not be any PHI included. This is not specific to any patient.
