Both desktop and app versions haven’t displayed any information for weeks. It is literally just a blank page being displayed on my phone! Going to delete app. ### 1/5 — Can’t get any information *2024-04-08* This app did worked about 2-weeks ago as always it runs very slow but I was able to get my information, now the main page is there but when you click on any of the buttons “Nothing” happens you the developer must fix this now! People rely on this to get their medical records. I will be sending information to Apple fix or remove it. Sad day. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-02-26, version 2.1.8* Worst app I’ve ever used. Unable to get information. This is a poor reflection on Crestwood Hospital. ### 1/5 — Nearly empty *2024-01-31* I cannot tell if Physician’s Regional Hospital in Naples, FL is using this. Their website has a link “patient portal” which brings me there, but it is basically (almost) empty. They use “Athena Health” app which has more info. in it. Either the data should be transferred/added/updated in this app to be complete & up to date, or the hospital in Naples, FL should remove/update the link. Why make healthcare more challenging to navigate for patients in general, and in Naples, FL which has a high >65 yrs old population? **Developer response:** Please contact us at mhhcmobileapp@chs.net so we can help. This portal is only for hospital visits, while Athena health is the portal for clinic visits. Updating all patient data into the app from the hospital records would not violate HIPAA as there would not be any PHI included. This is not specific to any patient. They need to fix this now! ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Amazing *2023-10-04, version 2.1.8* This app is incredible!! ### 3/5 — Frustrated *2023-11-13, version 2.1.8* I like that many results are posted, but not nearly all. No cardiac testing, pulmonary tests, or tests other than lab and X-rays appear on the app. Even pathology results are posted, but not others. There used to be a procedure section and a clinical notes section, but now they even seem to be gone. Disappointing. ### 2/5 — My Hospital isn’t Listef *2025-09-05, version 2.1.10* I use MyHealthHome online to log into Northwest Hospital in Northwest Arkansas, and that website urges to download this app. But, my hospital is not listed on the app. ### 2/5 — There is nothing useful about this app *2024-02-03* There is no way to update your medications which is vital, and there is no way to update your emergency contact on the app, or a way to send messages.
