When clicking any links provided by my provider to join/check in/etc, the app prompts me to log out if I am already logged in, then when I log out and back in, can not find the visit. When filling out PCP provider info, it apparently relies on a FAX NUMBER? To confirm the provider?? I’m deeply skeptical of providing any PII or health into to an app like this. Will strongly encourage my pcp to change telehealth apps.
