Needs a serious update to fix all of the bugs issues ### 2/5 — Doesn't accept alternate browsers *2026-05-14* This app only allows access thru Safari. I use an alternative browser for safety, but am unable to use this app because it does not recognize the browser I have chosen. ### 2/5 — Check EOB?? *2026-03-26* Looking at what claims have been processed, when you go to the detail, it says "check EOB". I can find no way to actually look at the EOB's. Very frustrating! I can find nothing on where I stand with my amount claimed and with my policy coverage. Plus, looking at your EOB’s requires you to print them, not look at them on the screen. I will e-sign it and send it back to you so that you can take out whatever I am behind on and then this is the right amount each month. OK I’ll have more than enough. I got all my bills paid off. I don’t have to worry about money going missing. I have protection now. Please text me if you or email me if you have any questions and if you don’t want to do that. I know y’all don’t call but I need to know if you can do it all right thank you if you can’t call call me. ### 1/5 — Terrible login experience *2026-02-18, version 2.1.1* To get to Evernorth (formerly Express Scripts) to manage my prescriptions, I used to open the Express Script and login in once. Now I have to first login to myHealthSpring, endure two factor authentication , then click over to Evernorth and endure another TFA. The Evernorth app sucks too. Can’t find the AutoPay section ### 1/5 — Worst App I have ever seen *2026-02-16, version 2.1.1* To sign up this app using my account member ID was an impossible task. Not only the app kept asking me the same question, but it wouldn’t even offer an alternative way to signup. Dumb and stupid is what it is. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — can't log in *2026-06-11* hard to review when i can't log in. i log in and it continues to take me back to the "log in or register screen" after logging in. i have also used the app on my laptop and hoping the phone app is better. not a very well designed app IMO. ### 1/5 — Using app *2026-05-05* Your app on my iPhone is the most difficult one I have ever tried to use. The info doesn’t follow a logical sequence. Once you get to what you want to see - it’s not what you thought you would see. It’s not easy to navigate through the various options. It keeps sending me back too far or not at all. Bottom line : your app is NOT user friendly. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-05-04* Where do I begin - does not list your premium cost, no chat, etc. and forget about calling - if you like to wait on the phone (as there one rep is busy with other customers) this is the your supplemental insurance pick. Dumping them in open enrollment. Entered all of my registration data using different IDs three times and not successful. Now waiting on the phone for 10 mins for someone to help. Update: customer service couldn’t help but passed me to very professional web support that got me registered in about 5 mins.
