### 4/5 — In app timer

*2026-02-23, version 2.9.2*

In app timer needs a beeper/buzzer to sound once the time for each set of exercise is over

### 4/5 — Overall, very beneficial

*2025-07-03, version 2.8.5*

The App gave me varied exercises to improve after right meniscus tear. Only suggestions I have to improve would be match what is demonstrated on the video to the narrative. Example: narrative said to keep leg flat will video show knee up in bent leg position. Specifically indicate which leg should be doing the work as opposed to balance.would recommend this app to others.

### 4/5 — It works!

*2025-03-17, version 2.8.2*

These exercises definitely work helping to recover.

### 5/5 — The Program of Exercises Works

*2025-02-28, version 2.8.2*

The osteoarthritis of my right knee is under control. I didn’t think it possible when I chose to employ the HealtTrak therapy. Moreover, the strength and balance portions of the program has had other positive affects: specifically my overall gait and and also to my golf game. I am stronger and more balanced.
I will employ the prescribed exercises regularly going forward.

### 5/5 — Cindy / shoulder

*2025-02-02, version 2.8.2*

Great program for exercises at home ; very helpful. Glad to have this option!

### 5/5 — Jackie

*2025-01-27, version 2.8.2*

Very helpful, convenient and cost effective

### 5/5 — Exercises for right shoulder

*2024-11-12, version 2.8.1*

Each exercise starts with warm ups and each of them builds on getting the shoulder to move.

I love it

### 4/5 — First day

*2024-09-16, version 2.7.7*

I don’t have a problem so far! Thank you

### 5/5 — Excellent and simple stretches

*2024-09-10, version 2.7.6*

The stretching is done at a pace one can control. There is slow stretching. One can move at their pace. I found it relaxing.

### 5/5 — Surprising

*2024-08-10, version 2.7.5*

I’ve been active and injured all my life, it has been lovely for my shoulder.

### 5/5 — Self therapy

*2024-06-23, version 2.7.4*

Great exercises to complete on your time frame and strengthen your muscles.

### 4/5 — Not done yet

*2024-06-22, version 2.7.4*

Love this app! Gives me direction outside of scheduled physical therapy and helps motivate me to get back to where I want to be!

### 5/5 — Shoulder Tendonitis

*2024-06-18, version 2.7.4*

I was diagnosed with right shoulder tendonitis. Took some tablets and then leveraged this app for recovery. It was a long process and slow progress. But this app has been hugely beneficial for me. It has multiple levels and variety to build strength as you recover. While not fully recovered, but feel better and confident. Thanks to the Dr behind this and the app team!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It’s way too hard to get started

*2026-01-15, version 2.9.1*

The system was pitched to me as a way to get exercises to alleviate my pain in my neck. What I got was a new pain somewhat lower. I find using this app inexplicably turns off my workout music. Instead of exercising I am constantly dealing with questions about how it’s going. I get “did you know” communication telling me how to spend money on the app. I repeatedly get logged out during exercise and have to endure two factor authentication to get back in. The sample videos might as well be still images for all the information they convey.

And writing this review has been a battle to keep my cursor on-screen. Seriously?

### 1/5 — Glitches and poor support

*2025-11-19, version 2.9.1*

The app worked well to begin with but it has recurring glitches when logging in and the support has been inadequate. I’m done wasting my time and asking my doc for paperwork handouts. Great idea, poor execution.

### 1/5 — GUYS DONT GET IT

*2025-09-26, version 2.9.0*

GUYS DONT GET THE APP MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED IT TO ME AND IT SECRETLY CHARGES YOU 150 BUCKS A MONTH. WE ARE CHRRENTLY IN THE PROCESS IF PURSUING LEGAL CHARGES.

### 1/5 — Bogus usage causing billing to customer.

*2025-04-28, version 2.8.3*

Apparently the doctors office gets usage information and they turn that into billing. Received a bill last month and again this month but have not used the app in many months. Beware something is not right in the ongoing reporting that may cause you to get ongoing bills.

### 1/5 — Unable to log in for multiple days. Support unresponsive

*2023-07-22, version 2.5.9*

Have been unable to log in with AppleID for multiple days. I’m falling behind on my exercise program.

Emails to support have gone unanswered.

### 2/5 — PT

*2026-02-10, version 2.9.2*

I am doing these exercises prior to any procedure but after an injection. The premise that I can straighten my back out is premature. The exercises are painful as back mobility is assumed. I am 6 days post injection and cannot put full weight on my right leg nor comfortably walk upright. I’ll continue pt hoping things improve. Pk

### 2/5 — review

*2024-10-11, version 2.8.1*

compared to other apps i have used this app is quite poor. the other app talked you through the exercise for the entire count and showed a better view, not just a static shot of someones back you can’t see how the arms are positioned in front and there is no direction. would be nice if the timer was audible not just visual

### 3/5 — Be Aware Of The Consent

*2025-05-23, version 2.8.3*

I started using the app because my provider wanted me to use it.

What I was not told was that there was a monthly monitoring charge that would be billed to me by the provider’s business. Be sure to check with your provider on if there are monthly charges. Mine was $95 per month whether I used the app once or thirty times.

### 3/5 — Audio

*2024-06-15, version 2.7.4*

I wish it also talked - im trying to do exercise and look at pictures afraid im not doing them correctly .

Also would like to get it up on my tv screen so i can see exercises more easily/ up in front of me instead of phone just sitting up next to me and im supposed to be lying straight and bigger 😁

### 3/5 — Exercising

*2024-05-24, version 2.7.4*

I have really enjoyed rhe exercises, however, i fell about 2 weeks ago( landed in my Christmas tree) and bruised and scraped my back pretty bad and badly bruised my arm. I couldn't move without pain so i only did a few exercises in the shower. I continued to move around nut stopped the regular exercise. Im much better but then i was sent exercises for laying down. I have no place to do those since i have vertigo. What should i try to do now? Im 86 in Feb. li hanvent been exercising much because i recently soent a week in the hospital with a blicked carotid artery and having a stent put in.

### 5/5 — Believe a Non-believer!

*2025-10-28, version 2.9.0*

Literally crying in pain at the turn of my steering wheel a few weeks ago. I am truly amazed at how wonderful your program is. At 56 things start to hurt, but they do not have to. I do my shoulder program in the morning and my knee program in the evening. Thank you so much for everything. The app is interesting and filled with great morale boosting advice, training tips, nutrition and so much more. Thank you for helping me feel better and giving me fantastic tools that truly inspire.
