once a reimbursement claim is filed through the app, it’s impossible to identify it - the original submission is unaccessible and the way the app labels the claims has no reference to the title or file name of the original claim. this makes it nigh impossible to provide additional documents when needed.

I have attemoted to get pre-approval for form aproved for too long, still uncussesfully. Furhermore, even thow I HAVE submitted supporting documents for a reimbursemebt claim, the message keeps being on the platform and I don’t know what else to do (I also alerted henner of this). In addition, when I try to connect from my computer it requests approval from phone which I approve but nothing happens (including as I write this), making management of my account and the submission of my claims unnecessairly difficult. Please fix this.
